Homemade pasta is easy to make with this machine, the kind used in home kitchens throughout Italy.

It makes linguine/spaghetti, tagliatelle or flat sheets for ravioli and lasagne. It clamps firmly to your countertop. Feed pasta dough between the rollers, turning the handle and each time you pass it through you can adjust the dial, so the sheet gradually gets thinner. Then feed the sheet of pasta through the linguine or tagliatelle cutter.
