Care instructions: Remove all packaging and labels, then wash the pan in hot, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. Condition the interior non-stick surface by rubbing a film of vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil with a kitchen paper towel, rinse with hot water, and dry. These oils are also ideal for cooking. Medium or low heat offers the best results for frying and searing. Use Le Creuset silicone, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic tools.
