Condition the interior non-stick surface by rubbing a film of vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil with a kitchen paper towel, rinse with hot water, and dry. These oils are also ideal for cooking. Medium or low heat offers the best results for frying and searing. Use Le Creuset silicone, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic tools. For even cooking and reduced damage risk, use appropriately sized rings. Never drag the product on glass surfaces; always lift. It's oven and grill-safe up to 260°C with a 6.5cm grilling distance.
