Care Instructions: Before first use, unbox your kettle, remove labels, and wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For the initial use, fill it with clean water, boil, and discard the water. Never fill above the marked line. When using on an induction hob, avoid the ‘boost' function and always lift the kettle rather than sliding it to protect both the base and surface. After use, hand wash with a neutral detergent, dry thoroughly, and use a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar to remove mineral deposits. Ensure the kettle is on the appropriately sized hob ring, with the spout and lid indentations facing away from you. Always close the lid tightly and avoid boiling the kettle dry. Allow it to cool before refilling with cold water.
