Care instructions: Remove all packaging and labels, then wash the pan in hot, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Condition the interior non-stick surface by rubbing a film of vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil with a kitchen paper towel, rinse with hot water, and dry thoroughly. These oils are also ideal for cooking. Medium or low heat is best for cooking, including frying and searing. Use Le Creuset silicone, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic tools. For even cooking and to reduce damage risk, use appropriately sized rings. Never drag the pan on glass surfaces; always lift to move. The pan is oven and grill safe up to 260°C, allowing at least 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot items and let the product cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive tools, and note it is both freezer compatible and dishwasher safe.
