Corin Mellor's 'Black Handle' stainless steel kitchen knives, specially developed for David Mellor Design, have proved enormously popular since they were first introduced.

These are razor sharp knives. The high carbon stainless steel blades exploit the latest techniques of steel casting and are then ice hardened to minus 80°c. This innovative process stabilizes the metallurgical structure of the steel, creating an extremely hard and durable cutting edge.
