While your EGG comes with a Stainless Steel Grid as standard, the cast iron cooking surfaces included in each pack allow you to sear ingredients to more of a restaurant level.

The Cast Iron Grid Lifters (in the MiniMax and Large packs) and Silicone Mitt (in the XL pack), allow you to safely add or remove cooking surfaces, while the Ash Pan is essential for cleaning out your EGG so that you can be ready to cook again.
