The glass lid is ideal for steam-frying or when you want to retain moisture during cooking for extra-flavoursome results. Oven-safe to 220°C and dishwasher-safe. Not suitable for use in microwave ovens. Not recommended for use with Le Creuset 3-ply Stainless Steel or Cast Iron cookware.

Care instructions: Remove all packaging and labels, then wash the pan in hot, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. The lid is oven and grill safe up to 220°C, allowing at least 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot items and let the product cool before cleaning. Clean with non-abrasive tools, and note it is both freezer compatible and dishwasher safe. Not suitable for induction hobbs.
