Care instructions: Remove all packaging and labels, then wash the pan in hot, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Use medium or low heat for cooking, including frying and searing, and opt for Le Creuset silicone, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic tools. Select an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to avoid product damage, as the sand enamel surface is unsuitable for dry cooking. Vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil is recommended, and always lift rather than drag the pan across glass surfaces to prevent damage. The pan is oven and grill safe up to 260°C, with a minimum 6.5cm distance required when grilling, and oven gloves should always be used when handling hot products. Allow the pan to cool before cleaning, as rapid washing can cause thermal shock, leading to cracks or enamel loss; handwashing is recommended, though the pan is also dishwasher safe and freezer compatible.
