Care Instructions: The pan is oven-safe up to 230°C but should be hand washed once cooled to protect the nonstick coating. Use low to medium heat, high smoke point oils (no aerosol sprays), and avoid metal utensils or abrasive cleaners. The stainless steel handle and knob are designed to stay cool on the stovetop.
