Care instructions:

• Dishwasher not recommended — hand wash once fully cooled, and dry immediately. Does not require seasoning like traditional raw cast iron.
• Oven and broiler safe up to 260°C
• Compatible with gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cook tops. Avoid dragging across surfaces to prevent scratches. Avoid using with metal utensils, abrasive sponges, or scouring agents, as they can damage the material.
• It is recommended to use medium heat (and a little patience) to get it hot and ready.
