Big Ken the kentia palm is a houseplant classic. He'll be happiest in a spot that gets plenty of sunlight; think a bright room but not right next to the window. Check his soil weekly, when the top two inches feel dry it's time for a drink of water. Mist Big Ken every few days to stop his fronds from going crispy, or pop him in a naturally humid environment like a bright bathroom or kitchen.
