The blade, made from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel, is precision ground to provide excellent strength, flexibility and lasting sharpness. The European Oak handles are shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the end stop preventing the knife from accidentally slipping. Each is secured with three solid brass rivets and hand finished in the same way they have been for generations.
