Care instructions: Remove all packaging and labels, then wash the pan in hot, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Use medium or low heat for cooking, including frying and searing, and opt for Le Creuset silicone, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic tools. Select an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to prevent damage, and always lift rather than drag the pan across glass surfaces. To check if the surface is ready for grilling, scatter a few drops of water; if they sizzle and evaporate immediately, it's hot enough. The pan is oven and grill safe up to 260°C, with a minimum 6.5cm distance required when grilling, and oven gloves should always be used when handling hot products. Allow the pan to cool before cleaning, as rapid washing can cause thermal shock, leading to cracks or enamel loss. Handwashing is recommended, but the pan is freezer compatible and dishwasher safe if it has no wooden handle.
