A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and&nbsp; Pinot Noir, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks, and in old oak barrels. 33 months of lees-ageing in the bottle has contributed a beautiful complexity to this wine. The CLASSIC NV is pale gold in colour with lively bubbles, aromas recall lemons, red berries, baked apple and honeyed brioche.
