Care Instructions: Heat the bbq for 15-20 minutes to char remaining food and brush off with bbq brush. When cooled, remove the Flavorizer bars and grates and wash using soap and water. Dry immediately and apply a small amount of cooking oil to act as a barrier against oxidising. Clean the inside of the barbecue with soap and water. If there is a carbon build up on the inside of the lid, then brush the flaking carbon off with a steel brush and clean.
